What if I don't like the design?

We offer a ton of flexibility in how you can request designs. Whether it's through Trello, sharing Google docs or wireframes, or even recording a brief video—if you prefer a more visual approach—we've got you covered. Essentially, any content that can be linked to or shared in Trello is fair game for requesting designs. Our goal is to make the process as seamless as possible for you.

How do I request designs?

We primarily work with the Adobe Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. However, we are also familiar with other platforms like Figma and Sketch, which we utilize occasionally. When it comes to website design, we use Showit to create stunning and interactive online experiences.

What programs do you design in?

Flexibility is key! If you don't have enough design work to fill up an entire month, you can pause your subscription. Our billing cycles are based on a 31-day period. For example, if you sign up and use the service for 21 days before deciding to pause, the remaining 10 days of service will be saved for you to use anytime in the future. This way, you have the freedom to utilize your subscription whenever it best fits your needs.





How does the pause feature work?

At Maystorm Studio, we believe in the power of a small, dedicated team. As an agency of two, you'll work directly with the founders, who bring their expertise and passion to every project. For power-up requests like animations or custom illustrations, we collaborate with our trusted partner designers to deliver exceptional results.

Who are the designers?

On average, most requests are completed within 72 hours. However, please keep in mind that more complex requests may require additional time to ensure exceptional quality and attention to detail.

How fast will I receive my designs?

Nope! Once you subscribe, you can add as many design requests to your queue as you like. Our team will work through them one by one, ensuring each one receives the attention it deserves.

Is there a limit to how many requests I can have?

Good question! First, the cost of a full-time senior-level designer exceeds $100,000 per year, plus benefits, and finding one available can be challenging. Additionally, there may be periods when you don't have enough consistent work to keep them busy, resulting in paying for idle time.

With our monthly plan, you have the flexibility to pause and resume your subscription as needed. This way, you only pay for your designer's services when you have work available, maximizing cost-effectiveness and avoiding unnecessary expenses.
